Whats up

To start this post off I'd like to say that ambulance drivers here cannot drive well. That being said, let me explain how I came to this conclusion:
We were having one of those infamous "get togethers" at the armory and we were playing tug-o-war and the rope caught on K.W.s earring so he accidentally lets go of the rope and sends Boyfriend and Cracker sailing. Boyfriend lands on his back wrong and is having involuntary movements and is screaming in pain, so we call 911 they send an ambulance, they stick him on a back board and put him in the back of the ambulance, they say that I can go as long as I am in the front....ok.... Get in and off we go, the lady in the back tells the driver to take it easy while driving, ok that makes sense...... She goes to make a left turn like she is in a race, and I dont know how, but she found every bump in the road..... anyways... the Boyfriend is ok, his back is sore, but other than that he is being stubborn and not relaxing so that he can get better, faster.
Anyways, map reading was today, nothing exciting, except we tried to get one kid to comprehend, and it just was not working, so we tell him take this home with you and practice, have your dad help you (his dad is the local Army recruiter). What does he do? he forgets the map stuff so he can practice. K.W. forgot his attendance note book and he gave me a first aid book that isnt first aid, its all about being successful or something like that, its just in the same unit as the first aid so its the same thing on all the covers.
To get the countdown started: 25 days until school starts (August 23 for those who dont want to figure it out)
For those who keep up on this thing. The word yeah seems to be universal in how it is used, so I have proven my point with point blank evidence and I have my friends from PC to thank for that.
I believe thats all

Im Back

So I went to DC last week.... I saw and learned a lot of new things and visited old ones too. I also met a lot of new people from across the country and the world (i.e. Japan, you know who you are).
Anyways, we went to places such as the CIA, NSA, Pentagon, US Naval Academy, Arlington Nat'l Cemetary; we saw the changing of the guard, and a wreath laying ceremony for PC. We also visited many monuments, our caucus even took our picture with Einstein "wink wink" Anyways, we also had a lot of guest speakers, Frances Townsend, Congressman Chris Shays, two FBI Special Agents, The Director of the United States Marshalls, and a live teleconference with an LTC from the Green Zone in Baghdad. We also got to meet our Senators and Representitives and spend a day on Capitol Hill. The entire group got to participate in a simulation where each caucus was a different Dept. there was the Dept of Health and Human Services, Dept. of Defense, Dept. of State, Dept. of Energy (everybodys least favorite Dept.) Dept. of Homeland Security ( Heck yes we were the best!!!!!) and The Director of National Intelligence. It was the year 2010 and everything that could go wrong did. We wrote our policies in our PCCs (Policy Coordination Committee) Only one passed, go East Asia.
That was the business end of the stick.
The fun end of it:
Like I said I met a lot of new people from everywhere.. one from Westchester, PA who chugs a liter of soda at a restaurant, btw, Capitol Steps rock!!! anyways he also has an obsession with corn. One from Florida who will make one heck of a Secretary of HS, and is really good at playing BS!!! One who cant keep his top button done up. A girl who is in love with band aids on her feet!! A girl from Tennesee who seems to love the ER room, Dont forget the girl from MI who eats pizza when stressed. Shabang Shabang girl!!!! ( inside joke), theres also our boy from Japan who has an obsessin with "urinals" (ok it was a monument, but what the COL said was true) and everyones favorite, Caribou Boy!!!!!!! Well thats just some of the people I hung with for a week. We had a lot of fun together and are keeping in contact. Hope everyone has a great summer and school year. For my regular readers, I am trying to keep up with posting, but I am about to get really busy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I will catch you all on the flip side.

Hey People

I'm trying here.... its not easy to keep up with this thing... Anyways... yeah!!!!!!
Did you know that the word "yeah" used at any point during a sentence can describe whatever object or action you are talking about at that time. For example: "I was walking down the street and... yeah." In this sentence it is easy to figure out that something painful (i.e. running into light posts, tripping on a crack in the sidewalk, etc.) has occured to this person. That is how it is used to describe an action. Now if you were to use it to describe an object, there are many ways to use it in this sense, it all depends on what type of object you are describing.

Anyways, thats not what I am here about. I am here to tell you about the plans of the next two weeks of my life.............

Monday- Watch the teen center with mom while pregnant lady tries to have a child
Tuesday- Go up and do some stuff at JROTC
Wednesday- Retry tuesdays plans if they dont work out, Raiders possibly, and start getting ready to leave
Thursday-REALLY start getting ready to leave for my trip
Friday- Go to DSM and Go to DC for National Security in a Democracy
Saturday- sign in at seminar
Sunday-Saturday- Seminar
Saturday- come home
Sunday- Unpack and relax
Monday- I have no clue yet, but I'll get back you.

I thinks thats it so... yeah
Bye all

UMM, EEEH, AHHH SORRY!!!!!!!!!

I am really sorry, I have had stuff to do!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, schools out since the sixth. I went to Chicago with family and part-time sister, saw 7th Heaven (the band, not the show), went to see CPT K, and talked to him about college, he says that I need to pull my ACT score up a few points (no big right!). We took the sister on the grand food tour, Mama Lunas, Shooters, street fairs, Caribou Coffee, and many more. Then there was the Lincoln Park Zoo, Sears Tower Skydeck. Then it was home by 2am... We almost made it through without badged people, but we just had to say hi (She says sarcastically)!!!! After that, I have been working at a french restaurant. I had those blood sucking vampires after me (i.e. my BN had a blood drive and they got me in the chair.... thanks CPT S).
I leave in about a week for Washington D.C. for my seminar thing on National Security in a Democracy. Aug 4-6 is another trip to Chicago, lets hope the trip with the boyfriend has no badged people (crosses fingers behind back). After that I have to get ready to go back to school. Oh and for those keeping score at home, I am the BN Executive Officer, for those who are chain of command challenged that means I am second in command of the BN.
I think thats all
